Digital Products – No Refund Policy

ONFYRE sells digital products, templates, prompts, marketing structures, and downloadable files.

Because these products are delivered digitally and can be accessed, downloaded, copied, modified, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are final once access or download has been provided.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.

We do not offer refunds for:
- downloaded digital products;
- accessed digital files;
- used, copied, modified, or partially used content;
- buyer’s remorse;
- accidental purchases after access was provided;
- claims that the product is no longer needed after download.

Refunds may only be considered if:
- the customer paid twice for the same product by technical error;
- the download link does not work and ONFYRE cannot provide access after being contacted;
- a legal obligation requires a refund.
